These Door County gymnasts are on a heart warming mission.
Strivers Gymnastic Team
Did you know that at times, the temperature drops below freezing in Africa? The Strivers Gymnastic Team is responding to this harsh reality by collecting blankets for the children of Africa. The team is helping Patty Tebon with her “Blanket the Kids” mission in Swasiland. Please drop off new or slightly used blankets at the Sturgeon Bay YMCA or at Papa Murphy’s Pizza by March 1.
Patty will be making her 3rd trip to Africa as part of this mission. Her goal for this trip is to collect 5,000 blankets, hats and gloves. Blankets will be shipped to Africa for distribution to children who are chilled. Thanks for your support!
