All Families Free this Weekend at the Door County YMCA “Family Days,” Nov 28 – 29

Door County YMCA Participates in National Family Week.

In honor of National Family Week, the Door County YMCA will be holding “Family Days” on Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29. All families in the community are invited to visit the YMCA for FREE with the donation of a non-perishable food item for each family member.

Bring your family and friends that are visiting over the holidays to play, exercise and swim at the Door County YMCA. All food donations will be given to local food pantries. President Obama has issued a proclamation for National Family Week, November 22 – 28. This observance, led nationally by the Alliance for Children and Families, is celebrated by thousands of families and communities throughout the nation.

Also in connection with the celebration, anyone who joins the Door County YMCA on either Saturday or Sunday will receive 50% off the joining fee.
